Last week, our Y1 children enjoyed a day which was ‘out of this world’! Funded by the PTFA, an actor visited in character as Neil Armstrong and enriched their history/explorers topic. The children dressed up as NASA astronauts, played space fact games, made Solar System pictures and then watched mini rocket launches on the school field! #engageandinspire #nurtureandgrowth #prideandjoy
