Today in Year 4, our children have been enjoying an Ancient Egyptian Workshop, with some incredible immersive activities, including Ancient Egyptian games, crafting Ancient Egyptian symbols in clay and writing their own hieroglyphics using ink and papyrus. The children were delighted and disgusted in equal measure when an actor re-enacted a mummification (with a dummy of course…) to start off the day!
