Second Helpings staff visited our Y1 children this week to talk about how they help our community. Second Helpings aims to reduce food waste by using food gifted from local sources which would otherwise go to landfill. Both the café and shop are run by volunteers on a Pay-as-you-Feel basis. This week, the children have been writing their own menu ideas inspired by this visit.
