Happy VE Day Anniversary from Malcolm Sargent Primary School!  Today was a quieter day in school, but the key worker children here enjoyed a mini sports day organised by Mr Keenan and Mr McLeod.  The children also learned about the history behind the VE Day Anniversary celebrations, made bunting and raised the Union Flag with Mrs Cox before observing the 2 minute silence at 11am.  Mrs Morpeth displayed the school’s ceramic poppies at the front of school, which passers-by have enjoyed looking at whilst on their daily walk.  We hope that you’ve had a safe and enjoyable Bank Holiday!
