Last week, we had planned that our Y3 children would walk to Stamford to visit three local churches, but Storm Barra unfortunately meant that the weather was unsuitable. We were so disappointed until the church representatives said that they would come to us instead! We would like to say a big thank you to All Saints, St. George’s and Barn Hill Methodist Church for changing their plans and coming into school. The children had a great morning learning about the ‘true meaning of Christmas’ for Christians, including singing some carols and hearing the Christmas story. #prideandjoy #nurtureandgrow #engageandinspire
